Needle Roller Bearings
Needle roller bearings are rolling bearings that use long, slender cylindrical rollers with a length-to-diameter ratio of typically 4:1 or greater. Their slim cross-section allows them to operate in tight radial spaces while maintaining high dynamic load capacity. These bearings are ideal for applications with limited radial space such as gearboxes, internal combustion engines (connecting rods and crankshafts), compressors, and pumps. They are available in various configurations including drawn cup, full complement, needle track with or without washers, and sealed needle roller bearings.
High load capacity
The large number of long, slender rollers in contact with the raceways provides exceptional dynamic load capacity in a compact envelope.
Minimal cross section
The high load capacity to small cross-section ratio enables lighter, more compact machine designs.
Various configurations
Available as drawn cup, full complement, needle track, or sealed units for different mounting situations.
