Non Standard Pillow Block Bearing construction equipment

BMI engineering successfully developed a mounted roller bearing for construction equipment manufacturer in USA.

BMI has recently developed a cast iron pillow block of special configuration with ND bearing with a shaft size of 1 ¾ inches.

Weighing around 6 Kgs the bearing is designed for taking extra loads and sustaining tough environments of construction equipment machines.

BMI has successfully tested the new bearings and customer has used more than 500 pieces already in place of their Rexnord bearings.

BMI engineering team has successfully changed the design of the bearing with convex rollers to standard taper roller retaining the load carrying capacity and bearing life.

For any non – standard developments feel free to reach out to BMI team on sales@bmibearings.com and we will be glad to assist you.
