Shaker screen bearing for vibratory applications

One of the toughest industrial equipment applications for bearings is vibrating screens or shaker screens
The vibrating action of the screen requires bearings to have a very high load and speed rating, variable acceleration and deceleration of the screen and impact of the material as it moves through the screen.
These bearings are produced with a radial clearance range of of C4. A higher radial clearance allows them to run cooler. All bearings are produced with brass cage for optimum lubrication and cooler running temperatures.
